Build The Vision Inc. offers three main customizable courses:

Course 1 - "Digital Transformation Using Enterprise Architecture for Executives and Managers" - This course is easily understood by individuals from all backgrounds in Digital Transformation leadership. It focuses on techniques, case studies, and lessons learned for 2 Days of interactive classroom (in person, virtual, or hybrid) instruction. The course is often given on-site and is customized to address public/private sector and industrial vertical.
Course 2 - "Digital Transformation Using Enterprise Architecture: Practitioners Course " This course focuses on generic enterprise architecture frameworks used in government and business and how they have adapted to deliver modernized services. Lessons learned will be a major focus. This is a very interactive five day course 50% on frameworks and 50% discussion on case studies. The course content includes the description below (for Course 3) but is flexibly tailored for the industry / government vertical of those taking the course.

The Company and Instructor
Build The Vision Inc. provides consulting, mentoring and training services and is an active member of The Open Group Architecture Forum. The company specializes in customized on-site courses. The CEO and course instructor is Robert Weisman PhD, PEng, PMP, CD. Bob has 35 years of experience and has been an Enterprise Architecture (EA) practitioner since 1993 in Canada, Australia, Europe and the US in both government (25 years) and private (10 years) sectors. He was a major contributor to The Open Group Architecture TOGAF® Standard Versions 8.1, 9, 9.1 & 9.2 and is heavily involved in future versions of the TOGAF®. Standard.
Robert is president of the Association of Enterprise Architects (AEA) Ottawa, Past-President - ISACA Ottawa Valley and a member of the CIO Association of Canada, IIBA, PMI, IEEE, PEO, and AFCEA. Bob has a PhD in e-Business (Digital Transformation and Innovation) and is a part-time professor (graduate and undergraduate courses in EA and EA Modeling) and Engineer in Residence at the University of Ottawa. His 2019 PhD Thesis title is "A Leadership Approach to Digital Transformation Using Enterprise Architecture".
